Dear curry lovers, here is a simple and delicious curry, simply matching coconut milk and shrimp!

10 oz shrimp

1 onion

1 garlic clove

1 lime

1/2 cup coconut milk
______________________________
1 tsp ginger
______________________________
1 tsp curry
______________________________
1/2 tsp turmeric
______________________________
salt
______________________________
pepper
______________________________
olive oil
Preparation
STEP 1
Mince the onion. Heat some olive oil in a pan and cook the onion in it. Once it gets translucid, add the crushed garlic clove, the ginger and the lime juice.
STEP 2
Mix well and cook for a minute. Add the coconut milk, the curry, the turmeric, the salt and pepper. Stir and leave to cook for a few minutes.
STEP 3
Finally add the shrimp (without the shells), stir and leave a few minutes more.
STEP 4
There you are, your coconut shrimp curry is ready!
