Ceviche is a form of citrus marinated seafood appetizer, popular in mainly Latin American countries like Peru, Panama, Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia. I’ve chosen to use Hokkaido’s famous crabmeat, which is very fresh & tasty & easily found in Japanese supermarket.

1 pkt of fresh crabmeat

1 small onion

lime

5 tbs of mayonnaise

1 tsp olive oil

Chopped parsley

Preparation

  • 1. Wash & peel crabmeat into stripes. Add chopped onion & lime juice. Mix well. The acid in the lime will “cook” the crabmeat in this simple, yet refreshing recipe.

    2. Line the tray/dish with crabmeat.

    3. Spread mayonnaise & parsley on it & top it up with another layer of crabmeat.

    4. Cover & refrigerate few hours before serving.
