Mangolean Idlis

 *Manglorean breakfast*

Recipe (by my mom)

2 cups Idly rice 
1 cup Parboiled rice 
3/4 cup Urad dal
1tsp dry Yeast 
1tsp sugar
1/2 cup warm water
Salt 
1/2cup Coconut milk (Optional)

Wash and Soak Rice and Dal separately for 6 hours. Grind Rice and dal separately, combine all the three and add Yeast mixed with warm water and sugar. Ferment for 2 hrs and then add coconut milk, sugar salt, mix and pour in a small cups applied with coconut oil. Steam cook and enjoy with Chutney.

Note: This is originaly made with Palm Toddy🤑 for fermenting and taken with Chicken curry or Mutton gravy.
